Support and Consulting for SAP Customer Experience Cloud

Brief description

At a major German financial services provider, the newly implemented SAP Customer Experience solution is continuously optimized during the support and enhancement phase. This includes the ongoing maintenance of the Sales Cloud, adaptation to evolving business requirements, and targeted expansion of the solution with new functionalities. Additionally, the integration into the existing system landscape is continuously improved through a network of microservices to ensure seamless connectivity and efficient processes.

Supplement

PTA supports the customer in the ongoing support and enhancement phase of the SAP Customer Experience solution. This includes the continuous optimization and adaptation of the Sales Cloud to new business requirements, as well as the expansion of the existing solution through targeted functional enhancements. Regular quarterly releases are planned, tested, and deployed to seamlessly integrate new features and improvements into the productive environment. In context of the usage of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) multiple services are getting implemented and supported. Additionally, existing microservices and side-by-side extensions in the SAP Cloud Platform Kyma Runtime are maintained and extended to ensure a stable and high-performance system landscape. The synchronization of data with connected systems is continuously monitored and optimized to maintain consistent data quality and ensure smooth business processes.

Subject description

The support and enhancement phase of the Sales Cloud includes the continuous optimization and expansion of the existing system landscape. This involves the implementation and maintenance of custom objects, the further development of activity and customer data management, as well as the optimization of reporting and analytics functions. A particular focus is placed on the efficient processing and management of mass data to ensure high performance and data quality. Through regular updates and functional enhancements, the Sales Cloud is continuously adapted and optimized to meet evolving requirements.
