Brief description
In this data warehouse, which is connected to SAP and Clarify or to MS Dynamics, ERP and CRM data is prepared and made available for purposes of analysis.
Supplement
The support project includes supervising the databases (relational and multidimensional) and interfaces belonging to the system, making adjustments and expansions, and processing inquiries relating to these (service calls or incidents) from subsidiaries in Germany and abroad, including the creation of reports and upgrading existing systems to new versions.
