Support Data Warehouse 2017

The data warehouse which is the topic of this project is a globally developed reporting solution with single implementations for affiliates both in Germany and abroad. It contains a couple of relational databases both for the data import from several source systems and for the creation of fact and dimension tables. Furthermore, a multidimensional (OLAP) database for analytical purposes is part of the solution. The support project includes supervising the databases and interfaces belonging to the system, performing adjustments and expansions, and processing inquiries relating to these (HPSM incidents) from subsidiaries in Germany and abroad, including the creation of reports and upgrading existing systems to new versions.
