Support for and further development of an ordering and a customer service system

Brief description
In a commercial enterprise, support is provided for application systems that are used for communication between headquarters and the branches. Both applications were developed on the basis of .NET and work as feeder systems for the central enterprise resource planning system in SAP R/3.
Supplement
The applications are supplied with master data (items, suppliers, conditions) from SAP via interfaces so that the applications can structure transactions on this data.
Subject description
This mainly involves purchase orders and customer service messages that are reported back to the central SAP system. Besides this, a variety of additional functions for communicating between headquarters and the branches were integrated into the applications.
