Support for change management of a data warehouse to evaluate complaints

Above all, this includes requirement paper, solution paper, traceability matrix and risk documentation (function and system risks) as well as test plans. RequisitePro is used for that. Documents are created during the periodic review. During new developments, the required documents are created and tests performed. The overall system consists of several individual systems for which retirement documentation may also need to be created.
