Supporting project planning and the creation of functional requirements with the aim of an informed approach to IT service providers in the context of a tendering procedure.
Supplement
The information basis for creating the functional specifications is formed by the information provided by the customer on the rough concept, as well as the description of existing processes. The functional requirements are documented using MS Office products. Planning for the project phases for the tasks following conclusion of the tendering procedure is structured using MS Project and prepared for project controlling.
Subject description
The subject of the functional requirements is identification by IT of automation potential in the business processes for energy trade (B2B). In this connection, additional functionalities are to be integrated into the existing software components, and existing applications are to be consolidated and optimized.
