Support for EDM request for quotations

To select EDM Software for one of the market area representatives, the company's processes are modeled in a preliminary project which is used to generate functional requirements. The created functional requirements are used to perform a limited request for quotations. This is supported via the creation of an evaluation matrix, communication with the providers, and organization and preparation of workshop content. Selection is supported with decision aids and presentations. After selection of the provider, planning is performed for the implementation, including migration of legacy data for the new software.
