Support for SpiraTeam for a bank

This IT project is part of our digitalization and optimization of our customers’ IT landscape. Through targeted measures, we promote technological progress, optimize cross-system processes and create a sustainable basis for future developments. Our IT reference projects serve as a basis for orientation. They support the reusability of tried and tested concepts as part of project implementation.

Brief description

The customer uses the SpiraTeam tool and manages it on the customer's own servers. The manufacturer, Inflectra, provides support in English. PTA is responsible for user support in German. A ticket system is used for this.

Supplement

The customer's users send their requests by e-mail to spira-support@pta.de. These reach the ticket system and are processed there by PTA support employees. If necessary, Inflectra is contacted in order to solve the customer's problem.

Subject description

SpiraTeam by Inflectra is a complete application lifecycle management solution that provides a complete overview of all stages of software development from the beginning to the end of the software project. With SpiraTeam, requirements can be monitored, tests planned and executed, task execution controlled and problems in the software environment identified.
