Support for Update of SpiraTeam

This IT project is part of our digitalization and optimization of our customers’ IT landscape. Through targeted measures, we promote technological progress, optimize cross-system processes and create a sustainable basis for future developments. Our IT reference projects serve as a basis for orientation. They support the reusability of tried and tested concepts as part of project implementation.

Brief description

The customer has not updated its SpiraTeam for several years and is working with version 4.x. PTA supports the customer in updating to the latest version with regard to business and partly technical issues. Within the last update the system is also changed from SpiraTeam to SpiraPlan.

Supplement

The update is initially performed step-by-step on an existing test environment in order to document the necessary steps for the productive environment. PTA helps with open questions regarding update strategy, new functions of the current version as well as their later use. Furthermore, support is provided during the installation or update of the software. In addition PTA is responsible for the communication with the tool producer Inflectra.

Subject description

The customer uses SpiraTeam / SpiraPlan for a variety of projects to be able to document the test work.
