Development and design of a central solution database for the structured documentation of SAP authorizations. Preparation and consolidation of authorization concepts, roles, processes, and solution approaches, ensuring consistent, transparent, and traceable documentation.
Supplement
Support in the ongoing maintenance, updating, and documentation of SAP authorizations, with a particular focus on SAP Fiori authorizations. Conceptual and operational maintenance of authorization roles, including the assignment and adjustment of Fiori catalogs, spaces, pages, and authorization objects. Support with updates, changes, and enhancements to authorization structures, as well as the subsequent processing and clarification of authorization requests.
Subject description
Support in SAP authorization management based on existing customer concepts and requirements. This includes reviewing and adjusting single and composite PFCG roles, including authorization objects, organizational values and transaction access. In the SAP Fiori environment, this includes the functional maintenance and assignment of Business Catalogs, Spaces, Pages, and Launchpad authorizations based on user and role requirements.
