Support of a Securities Processing System

This IT project is part of our digitalization and optimization of our customers’ IT landscape. Through targeted measures, we promote technological progress, optimize cross-system processes and create a sustainable basis for future developments. Our IT reference projects serve as a basis for orientation. They support the reusability of tried and tested concepts as part of project implementation.

Brief description

The support contract covers the maintenance of the system for securities trading. The support services are provided in accordance with ITIL-based service management processes and include second- and third-level activities such as fault analysis and troubleshooting.

Supplement

The front-end is based on Angular, utilising Angular Material and NGXS. The back-end is built on Red Hat JDK with Java 17.0.2 and Spring Boot. Communication between the front-end and back-end takes place via REST services and JSON. As part of the initial development, PTA designed the software architecture in accordance with the client's specifications. Automated tests are carried out on both the front-end and back-end sides for quality assurance, including through the use of SonarQube.

Subject description

The application supports the processing of securities transactions. This includes the submission of interest and dividend coupons, as well as securities due for settlement. In this context, the programme manages the further processing of transactions by initiating the associated payments via collection requests, disbursement entries or new investments. For each transaction, the application generates the relevant internal and customer documents.
