Brief description
The aim is to set up a quality management system (for Quality and Regulatory) and post audit support in the company's Middle East Management Center (MCME).
Supplement
The implementation of diabetes care standards in local standard operating procedures (SOPs) must be reviewed. The processes to be implemented are first analyzed, followed by a priority recommendation. A training matrix is created for all employees involved, which is based on the CAPAs audit (Corrective And Preventive Action). The respective trainings are created. A monitoring of the release circle takes place at the end.
Subject description
Final results represent released documents according to the defined Corrective Actions Preventive Actions (CAPAs). They describe a detailed project plan with deadlines for the respective tasks. The current status of the employee training is also recorded. In a SharePoint, the structure is set up and the quality management system is checked for completeness.
