System expansion for biomethane
Project duration: 4 months
Brief description
In this project, the requirements for the system affected by the product enhancement are collected and the corresponding processes are modeled. PTA assumes the roles of business and process analyst.
Supplement
The requirements are recorded in Excel and specified in detail in corresponding requirements documents. Process modeling is carried out in Signavio. The input is provided by the respective technical experts in interviews and workshops. Ultimately, clearly definable requirements should be documented for each affected system (energy trading system, settlement system, CRM, etc.).
Subject description
The aim is to integrate it into the existing trading systems and the processing of biomethane, which is both procured on the market and produced in the company's own plants.
