System for Electronic Processing of Permanent Test Cases (eVpT)
Brief description
This is a system for the electronic processing of permanent test cases, enabling software developers of social insurance reporting applications to have their programs automatically and functionally tested and certified by simulating real validation processes from the social insurance system within a test environment.
Supplement
The frontend is based on ASP.NET MVC using KendoUI MVC. The web pages are therefore created on the server side. Microsoft SQL Server is used as the relational database system. Database access is implemented via stored procedures. The existing software has been in operation for over ten years and must now be further developed in terms of technology, security, and legal compliance. PTA was requested to provide support for this modernization effort.
Subject description
The test environment provides a platform for developers of social insurance reporting software to continuously test their applications both functionally and technically based on predefined test cases. This ensures compliance with legal requirements and the correct processing of reporting data. The benefit lies in identifying and correcting errors at an early stage, thereby ensuring error-free, secure, and legally compliant data transmission to social insurance institutions. Furthermore, the test environment supports quality assurance and facilitates the software certification process. This environment simulates professional data processing and provides feedback for error correction. Although it is not legally binding, it forms an important foundation for the approval of software for productive use.
