Technical feasibility study for single sample management

Within the framework of this project, specifications of the system context, the market requirements and the organisational vision are collected and presented in different concepts. The business analysis covers the product portfolio of two business units. Furthermore, country organizations will be interviewed in order to determine customer-oriented requirements. The resulting concept serves the organization as input for the coordination of further projects to fulfill the vision.
