Technical feasibility study based on an existing instrument with the aim of addressing market demands within a time horizon of five years. For this purpose, several variants of the system including its context will be modelled and evaluated. The result represents the basis for future projects.

Within the framework of this project, specifications of the system context, the market requirements and the organisational vision are collected and presented in different concepts. The business analysis covers the product portfolio of two business units. Furthermore, country organizations will be interviewed in order to determine customer-oriented requirements. The resulting concept serves the organization as input for the coordination of further projects to fulfill the vision.
Subject description
