Test Management Migration SAP S/4HANA
Project duration: 1 year, 7 months
Brief description
The objective of the project is to convert the existing SAP R/3 ERP core systems to SAP S/4HANA. In addition, state-of-the-art processes for controlling, finance and purchasing processes are to be implemented. PTA supports the implementation of the necessary test and QA activities in SpiraTeam.
Supplement
PTA's tasks include the project-specific configuration of SpiraTeam, the provision of training for the various roles involved in the test, and methodological support in the creation and implementation of test cases.
Subject description
The conversion to SAP S/4HANA is necessary because SAP will discontinue maintenance for existing SAP R/3 systems at the end of 2027. In addition, the following goals are to be achieved: 1) Harmonisation and return of the commercial processes to the SAP standard, 2) Future commercial processes are to be based on best practices and thus enable the integration of processes end-to-end along the value chain.
