Tranfer of existing business processes from different sources into a zentralised system.

The customer has business processses in various formats from different departments. To unify all processes they should be input into a centralised system. While tranfering the processes the expertise of the PTA employees helps to bring those processes up to the BPMN standard. If necessary changes to the processes should be made to optimize them.
Subject description
To improve handling of a lot of processes in a lot of departments teh customer introduced a centralised system. All business prcesses should be put into this system. The system provides versioning and a review cycle for the processes. This should garanty central accessability, versioning and a unified display of processes within the customers area.
