Transition of existing BI Solutions into a new architecture

Brief description
Transition of several local CRM Sales and Service Data Marts as extension of a global BI (business intelligence) solution of the customer. Therefore country specific data and structures from various source systems (SalesForce.com, SAP BW, locale sources…) which are not available in the global solution are provided for reporting. This is done within a relational ETL process.

Here, country-specific data and structures from various source systems (SalesForce.com, SAP BW, local data sources…) are created in separate data marts that are not available in the global solution. This is done in a relational ETL process. Our task is the requirements analysis, architecture and implementation.
