Brief description
Incorporation into the customer's existing process models of regulatory changes in the context of the cooperation agreement and changes due to replacing systems. (Continuation of project 4171).
Supplement
Using Visual Paradigm 12.2, the regulatory requirements and changed process sequences are incorporated into the customer's existing process models. The analysis of requirements, modeling and coordination are the object of the PTA employees. The process models form functional business processes on the topics of allocations, declarations and VHP, and reporting requirements in the gas market.
Subject description
Modeling the business processes with BPMN 2.0 brings about a central documentation that illustrates the current status (SPOT). Besides that, the impact of regulatory changes to the processes, for example, can be made transparent and used as requirements for service providers (e.g. in the specifications).
