Upstream system for fast order entry for SAP
Brief description
Further development and continuous support of a system for fast order entry for medical instruments and substances that are processed further in the central SAP system.
Supplement
The fast order entry is used as the entry system in sales and distribution logistics, before the data is sent to the central SAP system. The application is initially used with a connection to SAP R/2 RV. When SAP R/3 is introduced, the application is redesigned and the business processes are adjusted.
Subject description
The functions that are required for processing customer orders quickly in a medical environment are provided in this upstream system. This includes specific search functions for customers and articles, as well as taking batches and availability of stock of inventory into account.
