Use Case Analysis for the Application of AI Functionalities in Salesforce
Brief description
The analysis will explore the potential use of AI capabilities in Salesforce for various use cases. The initial focus is on analysing data security with a focus on the Einstein Trust Layer, as well as reviewing the necessary licences and activated features. This is followed by the practical implementation and testing of individual use cases using AI components such as Co-Pilot and Prompt Builder. Standard templates and standard agent actions are used. If these standard solutions do not meet the requirements, custom templates are created, such as sales email templates or field generation templates. These templates are partially integrated into flows to enable further automation. Custom agent actions are also developed for Co-Pilot, based on both flows and templates. In addition, the need for AI in each use case is assessed and, where possible, alternative standard solutions are developed.
