Video Surveillance Infrastructure

This project involves the technical analysis and structured documentation of a mobile video surveillance solution from the perspective of a business analyst. Tasks include recording and evaluating technical requirements, analyzing system components, coordinating with technical contacts, and preparing architectural and operational documentation. The functions of the camera systems, network infrastructure, communication channels, and maintenance processes will be examined and documented. In addition, requirements regarding data protection, access control, system availability, and operational security are analyzed. The goal is to create a request for proposals that takes all necessary aspects into account, thereby enabling the receipt of multiple comparable bids.
