From a technical perspective, the network connection between the external computing center and the customer network is implemented via a Site2Site connection. This tunnel is used to provide VMware View clients that are adapted to the customer requirements. This makes it possible for up to 250 users to take part in the training courses simultaneously.
Subject description
Introducing new software products with new functions makes it necessary to train users accordingly. If the group of people in question is very large, the time available until the general go-live is short and the existing training capacities are limited, this training is a major challenge for the people responsible. In addition to solving these problems, a virtual training environment also makes it unnecessary to buy expensive new hardware and to change the live system.
