Web-based questionnaire system

Brief description
Redevelopment of a web application for online surveys of association members and associated companies. The convenient questionnaire system enables paperless sending, completing and further processing of the questionnaires.
Supplement
The system is implemented on the basis of Lotus Notes Version 6.5. One advantage of Lotus Notes is the automatic conversion of Lotus Notes forms into HTML pages. This enables efficient creation of Internet-based applications. However, the concept can also be used for implementation on other Internet platforms (Java, ASP.NET etc.). During the course of implementation, the Lotus Notes standard frame developed by PTA is used.
Subject description
To enable members to have an overview of current trends, such as the progress of fund assets and resource revenues, questionnaires are arranged at regular intervals. The recorded data enable direct dialog with members and open up a wide, specialist range of applications and evaluation possibilities because the association itself can compile the questionnaires.
