Within the context of the web service implementation, data is transferred from a third-party system to the web service and forwarded to SAP to create the accounts receivable master data. The data structure and Customizing in the ERP system are modified accordingly here for the data transfer.
Subject description
The aim of the web service is to transfer the accounts receivable information entered in a third-party system to the customer's SAP system via an interface. The data is used for invoicing later. Previously, the data was recorded manually in SAP and the web service is intended to optimize and automate this process.
