Preparing and holding workshops on basic SAP functions. The application management team at a commercial enterprise is familiarized with the basic functions that are essential for daily operation of an SAP Retail system.
Supplement
The following specific subjects are dealt with: basics of SAP customizing, message control, output control and printer control, change management and transport control, inventory in SAP, authorization management, background processing and job control, connections between organizational structures.
Subject description
The customer's system is operated by a service provider that also carries out the basic support. Application support agents should be able to carry out low-level tasks that are essential for the modules they supervise. In addition to daily tasks, support for the inventory needs to be taken into account.
