Support Patent Portfolio Valuation
Brief description
The support contract covers support for the Patent Portfolio Valuation application. As part of the support contract, 2nd and 3rd level activities are performed, such as error analysis and troubleshooting.
Supplement
Word documents are created without Microsoft Office, but completely based on OpenXML. A table of contents is also created and any existing images are inserted into the document.
Subject description
The patent attorneys hold regular meetings for selected patents to discuss their use and application. For this purpose, the PCM document is used as a basis for discussion. The result of a meeting is recorded in a PCM document and imported back into the Patent Portfolio Valuation application. The PPR document is used for the regular review of patents previously discussed in the PCM.
