Brief description
Due to the deregulation of the gas market, it is necessary to create an integratable application for a new department. This application will be used to monitor existing contracts over their runtime on a month-by-month basis and to manage new agreements.

New agreements in Purchasing are tracked in the system as inquiries, just as they are in Sales. Effects on the pipeline networks and possible rights and obligations are managed. It is possible to derive the required measures from the system at any time. It is therefore possible to ensure that customers meet their obligations over a long-term horizon.

Services, quantities and capacities are becoming increasingly flexible in markets and in the channels connecting them. A lot of changes can also be seen in gas network structures. It is no longer possible to manage them with the same staff levels and no system support.
