Comparison and updating of standard operating procedures (SOP) according to in-house standard procedures in various areas of work such as complaint management, local products, security aspects, handling of returns and cooperation with third parties. Project management: Enhancement monitoring of SOP templates from business locations in other countries, country support, preparation and follow-up of meetings. Maintenance of the SharePoint intranet: allocation of access and rights, adaptation of content, creation of surveys, optimisation of the team site structure.
