Brief description
The project includes the support and further development of an application for settling redispatch measures of a transfer network operator based on the BNetzA decision.
Supplement
The customer uses software based on Java EE7, created as a server-based component that performs data imports & exports automatically and manually. Furthermore, a client application has been created for the department that enables maintenance of master data, management of import operations, and calculation of the amounts to be settled. The system is designed and implemented as a fat client application. Therefore the application needs direct access to the database.
Subject description
The application manages all providers of redispatch measures in the control area of the transfer network operator incl. their remote power plants and all required information for determine prices for redispatch measures under and over the de minimis limit in accordance with the BnetzA decision (Ruling Chamber 8 of the 30.10.2012). This includes the EPEX market prices (spot market), as well as the counter values and measured values (standard supplies) for every power plant. In addition the system provides shadow accountings to control payment flows between transmission operators throughout Germany and Europe.
