This system is a client-server architecture with an MS SQL Server 6.5 as database on the backend. The application itself is realized in MS VC++ 6.0. SAP function modules are accessed directly via RFC by using C++ proxy classes. The component List & Label is used to generate reports.
Subject description
Service reports from a CRM system that trigger an invoice or a credit memo in SAP are posted in SAP via a specially developed application. If an error occurs during the update, the application offers the possibility to adjust the data so that an update in SAP is possible.
