Further development of a call center application based on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM standard software.
Subject description
The application is used to record customer inquiries and complaints, as well as to process telemarketing promotions. Different communication channels (telephone, e-mail, letters and chat) are supported. To provide call center agents with the best possible support, customer data from the operative and analytical CRM system is displayed in a quick-access format.
