Brief description

Development of a call center application based on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM standard software.

Supplement

During the project, a call center application will be created. It will be programmed based on .Net Frameworks 3.5 with a Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) interface. A WebService interface will be used to exchange data between Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and the software's own application server. This, in turn, provides a service that can be accessed by the Smart Client applications running on the clients. The WPF-based interface is created using capsulated and reusable user controls and is designed by an external design company.

Subject description

The application is used to record customer inquiries and complaints, as well as to process telemarketing promotions. Different communication channels (telephone, e-mail, letters and chat) are supported. To provide call center agents with the best possible support, customer data from the operative and analytical CRM system is displayed in a quick-access format.
