Complaints database

A service provider is responsible for warehousing and dispatching goods to customers. In order to identify and improve the error rate in deliveries, the sales and distribution departments need a database in which complaints are recorded and assigned to an originator, measures are defined, the processing status is entered and evaluations are carried out.
