Our main part is to docment test-specific quality for the IT Department. PTA create test plan and test report in reconciliation with the business teams. If there is a change in the documentation we advise our customer for qualify spezification. This part completes with the test report, test sets and excecuted Ttests plus data mirgation plans and reports. In addition we manage processes for signing documents in an electronical way. We Support the scope of releases of salesforce.com versions. For validation of custimized adaption and maintainance releases our task is it to assess the actual System documentation for changes. Finally the PTA do recurrent verification and support for special part of the audit .
