Brief description
ClickDimensions offers a high-quality solution for Microsoft Dynamics CRM in order to support marketing processes and enables companies to discover customers who are interested in their products, and to quantify potential customers so that suitable measures can be taken. This is made possible by providing e-mail marketing, web intelligence, lead scoring, nurture marketing, social discovery, form capture, surveys and other technical means. The ClickDimension solution will be installed and made runnable in the existing Dynamics CRM 2013 environment.

ClickDimensions is a solution for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. It contains both online and server-side components. The server-side components offer an opportunity to update ClickDimensions configurations in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, to enter data as well as enabling communication with the online components. ClickDimensions supplies its server-side components in the form of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution which should be imported into Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Subject description
Certain requirements regarding security (firewall and Internet Explorer) should be undertaken for communication between the online and server-side components. Data processing (e.g. e-mail sending) takes place in the online components so as to reduce the load on local technical resources.
