The processes are developed in workshops in cooperation with the customer and documented in Enterprise Architect (EA).
Subject description
The process modeling and implementation enables managers to gain a clear overview over processes and budgets. Sales controlling is enabled to monitor budgets as well as KPIs. As an early warning system, trends are identified and measures are coordinated.
