Development of a replacement for automatized emails

The piece of software of the CRM environment that sends out emails via MAPI is replaced with a version that send emails via SMTP. GMail is replacing Outlook and Exchange as standard Mail client. PTA creates the conceptional design, develops the software as Windows server service, then tests, creates the documentation and rolls out the final solution to the different countries in EMEA. Outside of EMEA PTA supports the rollout.
