Digital document management

Brief description
Creation of a digital document management system together with the producer of the development tool used.
Supplement
This system replaces the current, inefficient system of handling documents in paper form. In future, documents will be made available around the world in a standardized, central data pool in the customer-specific intranet. In addition, an authorization concept has to be taken into account for viewing and managing the documents. In the first phase, the project involves documents that comply with several thousands standards. Later, other types of documents are to follow. In addition to various search functions for the entire set of documents, there is the option of downloading the desired documents as PDF files. The second principal function is a subscribe function for new documents (obligation to collect).
