Entry of process faults

A Web application for entry of faults is already established throughout the company and forms the basis for further evaluations in terms of continuous implementation process. Both the effects and the number of faults are entered. The application is developed further with the following applications: – Must be capable of running under Windows 7 64 bit – Entry via touchscreen – Dynamic structure of the input screen – Display of top 3 faults – Graphic display of the faults
