Gas assets migration – gas-fired power plants

Brief description
Specification, customizing and testing the migration of transactions and contracts in gas trading for supplying gas power plants from the foreign subsidiary's individual software to the Endur energy trading software from OpenLink used throughout the group.
Supplement
The goal of the project is to migrate all contracts and transactions for supplying gas-fired power plants of a national subsidiary into the existing system architecture of the Endur standard software for the purpose of standardizing the system landscape. The individual transactions are analyzed, classified, and iteratively copied into the Endur system after the Endur system has been adapted.
Subject description
The customer's goal is to align the processes in the gas trade for supplying gas-fired power plants throughout the group and to focus on one trading platform. Because of the reduction in complexity due to the consolidated and faster reporting, the trading risks can be more easily recognized and controlled. In addition, risks resulting from dependencies and bottlenecks in the personnel area are eliminated.
