Germany Ticket Job Process

Brief description

The client sells the Deutschland-Ticket Job product to affiliated transport companies and local public transport organizations. The project's goal was to structure and streamline the sales process for this product within the enterprise customer segment. The client utilizes an existing process flow for the Jobticket within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales to map these sales processes. As part of the project, PTA GmbH initially supported the client in analyzing their existing sales processes for corporate customer products. Based on this analysis, a target process for the expanded product offering was modeled, and the functional requirements for its implementation were defined. The sales process for the Deutschland-Ticket Job was then mapped within the CRM system.

The specific requirements of the Deutschland-Ticket were taken into account to ensure an efficient and transparent sales process for customers, transport associations, and participating transport companies. The solution supports both the processing of new customer inquiries and the transition of existing corporate clients to the Deutschland-Ticket Job product. This provides structured support and greater transparency for the entire sales process, from the initial inquiry and offer creation to subsequent processing.

Subject description

As part of the launch of the Deutschland-Ticket Job product, the sales process for corporate clients in public transport was professionally structured and further developed. The goal was to make the sales of the product efficient and transparent for affiliated transport companies and local public transport organizations. To this end, the existing sales processes for corporate clients were first analyzed, and based on this, a target process for the expanded product offering was defined. Particular attention was paid to the specific framework conditions of the Deutschland-Ticket and the requirements of the participating transport companies and organizations. The developed process maps the entire workflow from the initial inquiry to further processing and supports both the acquisition of new clients and the migration of existing corporate clients to the Deutschland-Ticket Job product.
