Identification of the current process situation and modeling using BPMN 2.0

Responsibility overviews in RASIC format that were previously identified and coordinated in the departments are systematically transferred to BPMN 2.0 notation. In this connection, all activities in the company are connected to the various internal and external organizational units involved, the IT applications being used, as well as upstream and downstream process. Responsibilities and areas of applicability are also clearly allocated, along with any other applicable documents. All results are made available in this form to all employees in a bundle via a process portal.
