This IT project is part of our digitalization and optimization of our customers’ IT landscape. Brief description

As part of the project, a solution was developed for the structured recording and processing of corporate customer inquiries. The goal was to automatically convert incoming contact requests from an online corporate customer form into leads in the CRM system, enabling the key account team to review and process them promptly. The inquiries captured via the contact wizard are centrally recorded in the CRM system and displayed in a standardized format. This allows for a clear and concise analysis of relevant information about the company, contact persons, and product interests. Based on this information, the sales team can quickly assess whether the requested products and services are suitable for each prospect.

Supplement

For further processing, the leads can then be directly transferred to the relevant sales processes. This supports efficient handling of inquiries and ensures consistent follow-up throughout the sales process. Furthermore, the centralized recording of corporate customer inquiries enables greater transparency regarding demand, interests, and market potential. The insights gained can be used to strategically target sales activities and continuously improve existing business and communication processes.

Inquiries from companies are captured via an online form and made available as potential sales opportunities in the CRM system. The collected information on the company, contact persons, and their respective product interests is presented in a standardized format, enabling the sales team to quickly and professionally assess the inquiry. Based on this structured presentation, prospects can be efficiently qualified and, if necessary, directly transferred to the appropriate sales or consulting processes. This facilitates the prioritization of inquiries and supports timely and targeted customer outreach.
