Brief description
The goal of the migration project is to take advantage of the synergy effects of the Office 365 integration to Dynamics 365. Furthermore, this migration lays the foundation for the use of the power features of the Dynamics 365 business platform. This applies in particular to the seamless integration into Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate.
Supplement
The PTA project team will perform the complete technical migration of the OnPremise CRM system, including interfaces, SharePoint data, and transaction data transfer to the cloud platform.
Subject description
The migration of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system serves to ensure efficient support of customer-related processes in the areas of prospect and inquiry management, customer and contact data management, sales and contract process, installation, repair and incident management.
