Migration of Microsoft CRM 4.0 to Dynamics 365

Brief description
The customer has been using Microsoft CRM 4.0 for over 10 years. Due to expiring support agreements, the customer is forced to switch to a modern CRM system. Due to good experience with the legacy system, the customer decides to use Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the OnPremise version.
Supplement
The customer presupposes that he can carry out simple activities independently in coordination with the consultants of the PTA, such as Investment of entities in the data model. The PTA takes over activities that go beyond customizing. This includes i.a. The illustration of a lead scoring concept in the sales opportunity entity or the EAI integration of an offer calculation tool into the CRM system. Furthermore, comfort functionalities are implemented by means of client scripting. The migration of the data from the old system to the new system takes place via SSIS and the Kingswaysoft component.
Subject description
The customer has several business units that are uniformly mapped in the system. The sales organization is divided over different regions in southern Germany and mapped in the CRM system. At the customer level, he is able to centrally view order totals per business unit. The CRM system is used for the central control of sales and for the representation of the forecast.
