Migration of software applications to Windows 10
Project duration: 3 months
Brief description
As part of the company-wide operating system changeover from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and migration from MS Office 2010 to MS Office 2016, all software applications on an individual basis will be tested for functionality and revised if necessary. In addition to desktop and intranet applications and interfaces, some of which support relevant business and technical processes of the company, are also affected.

The test primarily affects software applications that are operated directly by end users of the departments. In addition to ensuring pure interface functionalities on the target system, the operating system-specific connection of barcode scanners and card readers as well as interface applications between different systems must continue to function. The tests are carried out in close coordination with the customer's IT departments and the departments concerned.
