Modernization and further development of a publicly available data platform. The system represents a highly available web communication platform between employers and the statutory health insurance funds and is subject to corresponding stability and security requirements.
Supplement
The existing system is to be migrated from .net 4.8 to NET8 and then to NET10 from 2026. This will involve reducing technical debt, modernizing the code and further optimizing software quality. The modernization also includes container capability (Docker) and the connection of message queues based on RabbitMQ.
Subject description
This application is used by employers to transmit various data (e.g. eAU) to the health insurance funds. The system to be modernized here serves as a data hub and intermediary system between employers and the statutory health insurance funds. One of the challenges is to deliver the data securely even in the event of temporary outages or performance bottlenecks at the statutory health insurance data centers. For this purpose, the system serves as a highly available receiving system for employers and at the same time as a buffer system to the SHI data centers.
