MS Office Corporate Identity Tool

Brief description
A company of the energy sector would like to roll out Microsoft Office 2010. Based on this event, they would like to have a supporting tool, integrated in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, to colorize diagrams, SmartArts and AutoForms.
Supplement
Based on the required functionality a product backlog was created. Afterwards each item of this backlog was priorizised. The different User Stories were processed in sprints of two weeks. The formatting-tool will be used in the Microsoft Offices applications Word, Excel and PowerPoint 2010. This tool enables the user to colorize diagrams, SmartArts as well AutoForms by mouse-click. The tool was developed in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
Subject description
Aim of the project was to enable the user of MS Word, MS Excel as well MS PowerPoint, to create diagrams, SmartArts and AutoForms in a consistent look and fell, based on the corporate identity of the company. The current corporate identity color scheme includes more colors, than the number of colors that could specified in MS Office. Thats why the company decided to develop an independent solution.
