Onlineshop: Assembly service for dírect deliveries
Project duration: 7 months
Brief description
In the online shop of a DIY chain, installation materials (e. g. kitchens) are to be offered together with the associated assembly services. The process required for this is designed and implemented in SAP ERP 6.0 Retail in cooperation with the shop software SAP Hybris and the ERP system.

The following tasks are carried out in the project: Organizational consulting, business blueprint, implementation, customizing including design and setup of the Idoc-interfaces, functional and integration test, documentation.
Subject description
In the branches, end customers can order additional service or assembly services for various product groups. This range of products and services will also be available to online customers, using the functions of the central merchandise information system SAP Retail for order processing.
